Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order quantity but a delivery charge of $15 applies for orders under $200 (after discounts).
Do I need to register to make an order?
Yes, you can log in conveniently using your Google or Facebook account. As a registered user, you will be able to save your delivery and billing addresses, review past purchases and bookmark your great wine deal to help you enjoy faster and smoother shopping.

Can I change or cancel my order after I already paid?
Yes sure, as long as the order hasn’t been dispatched already – just drop us an email at email@example.com or call +65 9009 1686 and we will make the necessary changes.
When can I expect my order?
You can place your order before 9pm and we will deliver your order the following day.
What if I don’t like the wine I ordered?
Of course we want our customers to enjoy our all of our wines since we love them! However we do realize that tastes do vary widely. So if you are not 100% satisfied with the wines you purchased from us give us a call at +65 9009 1686 or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org & we will make it right by you.
The vintage of my orders are different from what I have recieved?
We continuously do our best to keep our site up to date on accessible vintages. However, we have rolling wine vintages and there are times that we might miss out for some products. Newer vintages will be replaced once the old vintages are sold out. Product is still considered as the same item notwithstanding of the vintage. Order cancellation or refund is not allowed for such reason.
